About the event

Have you ever wondered about the condition of Lac La Belle or the health of its tributaries?  Greener Oconomowoc welcomes Jeff Bode from Lake Management District and Erick Joost from Oconomowoc's Watershed Protection Project.

Lac La Belle is an eleven-hundred-acre lake that rests at the bottom of the Oconomowoc River Watershed. The lake is a destination for anglers, boaters, and beachgoers. While the City rebuilds a $3 million boat launch and upgrades City Beach, the Lake District partners with local municipalities and watershed residents to protect and restore the lake. Learn about lake water quality, wildlife, and what we are doing together to insure a bright future for the lakes and streams in our community.

Come and hear about our local lake's well-being and witness a live test of our lake water.  Join us on Friday May 2 at 1:30PM at Shorehaven's Roehl Room.  Please enter thru Shorehaven's Cafe.
